3/9/2010 - A general membership meeting was held via conference call to vote on an official name change from Distributor Rights Association to the Association of Network Marketing Professionals. This issue was unanimously passed by all members in attendance.

In addition, it was proposed that new bylaws be accepted. A unanimous vote passed the new bylaws as well.
